Please email us regarding special orders, unique personalize
orders, discounts and inquiries. We would also love to hear
your comments and suggestions.

ON LINE STORE ORDERS:
We will make every attempt to process and ship out orders
placed before 11:00am (Eastern Standard Time) the same
day Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am (Eastern
Standard Time) will be processed the following business
day Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on the weekends
will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday.
With exception to courier mishaps and/or unpredictable acts
of nature, we will deliver your order within 5 business days
from processing. Rural areas may require an additional day
for delivery. (Note: this does not include weekends and
holidays).
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. Placed
orders requiring an address change or correction (including
zip/area code, apartment or unit number) will be charged
additional charges for another day for transit. You may
see this charge on your bill after your order is placed.
Please be sure you receive an email confirmation pertaining
to your order; otherwise, your order was not received or
the email address provided was incorrect.
Rest assure that you can place your order(s) online with
our secured online tropical floral store anytime 7 days a
week.

LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS (5+ items per order):
We suggest you place your order with us 15 business days
in advance from your preferred delivery date to process
the order and avoid delays.

GIFTS ORDERS:
Should you be sending one (or more) of our products as a
gift item, kindly advise your recipient that “something
precious” is on its way to them. Also, some recipients
have prearranged agreements with Fed Ex for
package(s) to be left on their doorstep.

PRICE CHANGE:
All prices listed on our Online (Gateway) Store are subject
to change without any prior notice.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
You and your recipient must be pleased and happy with our
tropical arrangements and footwear products; otherwise,
we want to make it right. If you receive a damage item,
kindly return the product to us within 5 days of shipment
arrival and we will be happy to replace
the order of comparable value at no charge or give a full
refund.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped via Federal Express and all
shipping charges are already included in the check-out
price (taxes included where required).
Please contact us within 5 business days of your order should
you have any problems with your shipment.
HOLIDAY SHIPMENTS:
In order to guarantee delivery, orders MUST be placed at
least 15 business days prior to the holiday.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
We cannot extend
our guarantee to orders with wrong addresses, in addition,
delays in shipment which are basically beyond our control.
All of our products used for these services are of quality.
We reserve the right to substitute in any or for any advertised
item with another, which in our own judgment is of equal,
acceptable or greater value, or to process refunds for
any gift that may not be delivered due excessive increases
in delivery charges or other conditions that is beyond
our control.

RIGHTS RESERVED:
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we think the order
cannot be completed or fulfilled consistent with our standard
of quality.
